From Los Angeles and points south

Take Interstate 5 north to California Highway 99 north, then Highway 41 north at Fresno toward Yosemite. Enter the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park and turn left, continuing on Highway 41/Wawona Road. Proceed into Wawona and turn right on Chilnualna Falls Road. Follow the signs to The Redwoods In Yosemite.

We're 70.6 miles north of Fresno International Airport (FAT) on Highway 41, and 2 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite.

From the Bay Area and points north

Take California Highway 99 south toward Modesto/Fresno. Proceed to Madera and take the Central Madera exit. Turn left at North I Street, then take the 3rd left onto West Yosemite Avenue. Continue onto California Highway 145, then turn left at Highway 41 north toward Yosemite. Enter the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park and turn left, continuing on Highway 41/Wawona Road. Proceed into Wawona and turn right on Chilnualna Falls Road. Follow the signs to The Redwoods In Yosemite.

Route 395/Tioga Pass adds 2.5 to 3 hours from the entrance. Closed in winter.

The Redwoods In Yosemite is active in the Wawona community. Our team volunteers for Yosemite National Park, Yosemite Facelift, Adopt a Highway, the annual community park fundraiser, Wawona Charter School fundraiser, and local fire department support events. We're active members of our gateway Chamber of Commerce, Yosemite Gateway Community Partners, High Sierra Visitor's Council, and Yosemite Gateway Tourism Bureaus. We also support Valley Children's Hospital, Sierra Art Trails, local Boys and Girls Clubs, and various community outreach events.
